RYANN TAYLOR
Owner-Exceutive Director
Ryann has studied the art form of dance for 18 years. (Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Pointe, Modern, Contemporary and Partnering) Ryann has trained and taught at Artistry In Motion Dance School and Studio J Dance Company. Ryann also attended Marygrove College and was apart of their nationally ranked dance program. Out of all the styles of dance, Ryann loves tap most of all. She began attending all of the tap festivals such as Detroit, St Louis, Los Angeles and New York. Ryann has danced along side of tap greats such as Robert L Reed, Savion Glover, Diane Walker, Jimmy Slyde and Cholly Atkins just to name a few. Ryann has also had the opportunity to dance at Debbie Allen’s Dance Studio in Los Angeles and Broadway Dance Center in New York. At the young age of 12, Ryann appeared on the CBS television show Star Search where the group she was in, (The St Louis Hoofers) made it to the semi-finals. Ryann has performed in numerous local and national competitions winning many awards and titles. Ryann also works and travels with two major dance competitions - HALL OF FAME and LEAGUE OF CHAMPIONS. Ryann’s passion for dance has really contributed to her growth as a young adult.
Jay Jay Dixonbey
Artistic Director-Company Instructor & Guest Choreographer
Jay Jay Dixonbey has studied multiple styles of dance including not limited to Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary since the age of 9. He studied dance at Dance House in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Jay Jay is very passionate about the art form of dance. He has performed in numerous competitions winning many awards and titles. He was also a member of the NBA Detroit Pistons Mob Squad Dance Team. In the summer of 2016, Jay Jay had the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas and compete at The Dance Awards for the prestigious title of Senior Best Male Dancer. He won 1st runner up to that amazing title. Jay Jay has had the pleasure of working with world esteemed choreographers such as Brooke Pierotti, Kirsten Russell, Andrew Winghart, Dana Chapman Carroll, Nick Lazzarini, Teddy Forance and Bruce Campbell. After he graduated from high school, Jay Jay took a leap of faith and moved to Los Angeles to further his dance career. In the fall of 2016, he was very proud and honored to tour with Shaping Sound Dance Company (Dance Reimagined). He currently tours with Derek Hough as a lead dancer and is set to go on his us tour in the fall.
Andrew Cribbett
Company Ballet Instructor
Andrew, originally from Thomasboro, Illinois, began his dance training at the age of six. He trained with Christine Rich and Luciana Rezende at the Christine Rich Dance Studio Academy and Performing Arts Center in Savoy, IL. He also guest stared in Champaign-Urbana Ballet productions. At the age of 16 Andrew received a full scholarship to The Washington School of Ballet in DC to further his training while attending Duke Ellington School of the Arts to finish his senior year of High School. Andrew has received scholarships to attend summer intensives at Washington School of Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, The Rock School of Ballet in Philadelphia, Faubourg Ballet Chicago, and has been a finalist in the international competition YAGP (Youth American Gran Prix) both years he competed. He is currently an Eisenhower Dance Ensemble dancer.
